Kindergarten: Kinder Plus Enrichment
Kinder Plus, a theme oriented program, gives children the opportunity to explore new ideas while reinforcing skills taught in public school. Class size is limited to allow a small student / teacher ratio of 6:1.
Some of the themes that may be explored during the year include:
- All About Me
- Dinosaurs
- Outer Space
- Authors & Illustrators
- Discovering Art & The Masters
- Wonders Never Cease~ Science Experiences for Young Minds
In each unit, math, language and writing skills make learning come to life with hands on activities. Many units end with special culminating activities such as an art display, a dinosaur exhibit, a pizza party and a young author’s day. The possibilities are endless as the class offers flexibility and diversity of learning.
The children eat their lunch during Kinder Plus, at either 11 am or 12 pm.
5 Day programming includes an enrichment class on Tuesday and Thursday.
Between 11:30 am and 12 pm childcare is available, gratis, should you need it.
Extended Day is offered before 9 am or after 2:30 pm for an additional cost.
